4 - Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
violate laws or third-party rights (including IP, privacy, publicity, or export laws);
upload content that is illegal, exploitative, or harmful (including sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or malware);
attempt to access accounts or data without authorization, probe or test system vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Service;
scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by robots.txt and applicable API terms;
copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except where such restrictions are prohibited by law;
use the Service to develop competing products without our consent;
send spam or abuse networks/resources (e.g., excessive requests, bypassing rate limits).
We may remove or disable access to content or accounts that violate these Terms.
5 - Intellectual Property; Feedback
Service IP. The Service, including software, interfaces, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Joip and its licensors and is protected by IP laws. These Terms do not transfer any Joip IP to you.
Feedback. If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant Joip a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
6 - Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments). Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. Joip is not responsible for third-party services and does not assume obligations beyond what these Terms state.
7 - Storage, Backups, and Data Management
Export. You can export or download your User Media where available in the product.
Deletion. When you delete assets or close your account, we begin deletion from active systems, typically within 30 days, with residual copies in backups generally removed within 90 days, subject to legal holds and technical constraints.
Fair Use/Quotas. We may enforce reasonable storage, bandwidth, or usage limits.
8 - Beta Features
From time to time we may label features as Alpha, Beta, Preview, or Experimental. Such features are provided “as is,” may be modified or discontinued, and may be subject to additional terms.
9 - DMCA and Repeat Infringer Policy (U.S.)
If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:
Email: support@joip.io
Your notice must include the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3). We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
10 - Confidentiality
If you receive non-public information from Joip (including security details or unreleased features), you must keep it confidential and use it only to access and use the Service.
11- Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for using strong passwords and promptly notifying us of suspected account compromise.
12 - Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joip disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that data loss will not occur.
13 - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joip will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business interruption.
Joip’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Joip for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) US $100. These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
14 - Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Joip and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your User Media; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of law or third-party rights.
15 - Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of The State of Wyoming in The United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Venue. Except as provided below, the courts located in The State of Wyoming in The United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Arbitration; Class Waiver (If Adopted). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by [AAA/JAMS] under its rules, on an individual basis—no class actions or class arbitrations. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@joip.io with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email and full name. This section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary injunctive relief or pursuing an individual action in small-claims court where available.
[If you do not want arbitration, replace this section with a court-venue clause only.]
16 - Export and Sanctions
You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident of, a jurisdiction embargoed by the U.S. or if you are on a U.S. government restricted party list.
17- Changes to the Service and to These Terms
We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on joip.io and/or notified via email or in-app. Changes apply prospectively. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18 - Termination; Effect of Termination
You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and discontinuing use. We may terminate or suspend your access for the reasons described above. On termination, your license to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with Section 9 and our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., 5–8, 11, and 14–21) will survive termination.
19 - Notices
We may provide notices to you by email, in-app messages, or by posting to the Service. You consent to receive electronic communications. You may provide legal notices to support@joip.io and by mail to the address in Section 1.
20 - Prohibited Content & Activity

Scope & evasion:
- These prohibitions apply across all surfaces of the Service, including titles, tags, captions, comments, prompts, file names, watermarks, and embedded text.
- Attempting to evade this Policy (e.g., coded language, emojis, filters/effects, or off-platform hosting/links) is also prohibited.
Reporting & takedowns:

- Repeat or egregious violations may result in permanent bans and forfeiture of access to paid features without refund where permitted by law and our refund policy.
22- Updates:
- We may update this Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, card-brand standards, or payment-processor requirements. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
