
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for the Joip service available at https://joip.io (“Joip,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). It supplements— and, where inconsistent, controls over—any refund language in our Terms of Service.
1 - Our Promise
If you’re not satisfied, we will refund your most recent monthly subscription charge (“last month’s payment”) when you contact us within 30 calendar days of the charge date.
2 - Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:
The request is made within 30 days of the most recent subscription charge.
The charge was billed directly by Joip (not via an app store or third-party marketplace).
The account is in good standing and not suspended for abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms.
What’s not covered:
Charges older than 30 days, prior months, or future periods.
One-time purchases, add-ons, usage fees, or taxes/fees where non-refundable by law.
Purchases made through third-party stores (please contact that store directly).
3 - How to Request a Refund
Email support@joip.io with:
Subject: Refund Request
Your Joip account email
Charge date and amount
Last 4 digits of the card (or other payment method)
Optional: brief reason (helps us improve)
We’ll review and — if eligible — issue a refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear.
4 - Cancellations Going Forward
Refunds do not cancel your subscription. To stop future renewals, cancel in your account settings or email support@joip.io before the next billing date. You’ll retain access through the end of the current paid period unless we confirm otherwise.
5 - Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues. Unwarranted or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination per our Terms.
6 - Legal
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. We may update this policy from time to time by posting a revised version on joip.io.
