Requirements Compliance Statement

Joip (the “Website”) may display visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. With respect to such depictions, the operator of this Website is a “producer” (often a secondary producer) as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Records Location & Availability
Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and/or § 2257A for all such depictions are maintained by the Custodian of Records identified below and are available for inspection at reasonable times as provided by law.

Identification of Covered Materials
This statement applies to all pages and properties of the Website (including any subdomains and affiliated apps) on which such visual depictions appear. Each covered depiction is indexed in our records by title/identifier, filename or URL, performer name(s)/alias(es), date of original production, and associated age-verification documents.

Date of Production of Depictions
Various. The date of original production for each visual depiction is recorded in the corresponding 2257 record maintained by the Custodian of Records.

Age Verification & Secondary-Producer Reliance
All persons depicted in the visual depictions maintained by the Custodian were 18 years of age or older at the time of production. Where Joip licenses or hosts content originating from a primary producer, Joip maintains copies of the primary producer’s age-verification records and the primary producer’s name and address and does not display depictions unless compliant records are available.
